(10:40) Nation Wide – Target has issued a recall for over 560 thousand water-absorbing Easter eggs and dinosaur toys. The Toys were recalled due to a serious ingestion hazard. The recall includes three specific products: Hatch & Grow Easter Eggs, Easter Grow Toys and Hatch Your Own Dino Eggs. The United States Consumer Product Safety Commission has issued a warning that if the small toy is ingested, it can expand inside a child’s body and cause intestinal obstructions, resulting in vomiting, dehydration and could be life threatening. The affected Hatch & Grow Easter Eggs and Easter Grow Toys have the model number: 234-25-1200 on the back of the packaging and the Hatch Your Own Dino Eggs have a model number of 234-09-0016, which can be found on the label inserted in the product’s packaging. All products were sold at Target stores nationwide from February 2017 to March 2017.
