(20:10) SANTA CRUZ- The man accused of several bank robberies in Capitola and Aptos was in a Santa Cruz courtroom on Friday. 53 year old Randall Scott Dowling entered a not guilty plea and waived his right to a speedy trial during the appearance. Because of an extensive criminal history including two previous bank robbery convictions Dowling is facing 25 years to life if convicted on current charges. He is due back in court on May 12th.
