(17:44) SEASIDE- An arrest has been made in connection with Thursday’s killing of a Seaside woman. Hai Tran, the 42 year-old mother of 2‘s husband, was arrested at their Kenneth Street home late Saturday night. The couple had reportedly been in the process of ending their 18 year relationship. Tran was booked into Monterey county jail.
