(10:15) Monterey – Due to the delays on the renovation of the Monterey Conference Center, one of Monterey’s biggest events of the year, Car Week, will most likely re locate again this year, causing local businesses to lose money. Delays on the renovation were created by changed plans and weather conditions and now a lawsuit. Stronghold Engineering Inc. has sued the city of Monterey, stating that the original amount they agreed upon during the bidding, $33 million, is now $60 million to complete the renovation. A hearing in Monterey County Superior Court is set for April 28th.
