(06:40) Capitola – The Capitola Police Department will be offering child safety seat inspections tomorrow. According to Safe Kids World Wide, 73% of Car Seats are installed or used incorrectly. The Child Safety seat inspections will be held tomorrow (Saturday) in the lower parking lot located behind the Capitola City Hall, 420 Capitola Avenue. To make an appointment call 831-475-4242.
