The arana gulch master plan is a step closer to being implemented, after a coastal commission report was released that recommends approving the updated proposal. The plan to connect broadway avenue with brommer street had hit a snag last October, when the California coastal commission rejected the city’s plan. The city did make updates, including re-aligning some trails, and agreeing to pave a main trail. The coastal commission is set to take up the proposal next month at its meeting in san Francisco.
