The trial, for the man accused of kidnapping (and killing) Morgan Hill teenager Sierra Lamar back in 2012, has begun. 6 men, and 6 women, have been seated as the jurors in the case against now 25 year-old Antolin Garcia-Torres. He faces 1 count of murder during a kidnapping, as well as 3 other attempted kidnappings during an un-related attempted carjacking. If convicted on all of the charges against him, Garcia-Torres faces the death penalty.
