A 31 year-old man, who was found guilty of Animal Cruelty, has been sentenced to nearly 3 years behind bars. That after Travis Cagle reportedly collided with his girlfriend’s dog while riding his bicycle in Monterey. A witness said Cagle then beat the dog, and alternately held the dog aloft by the leash before slamming the dog back down to the ground….or just dragged the dog on the ground as Cagle continued to ride his bicycle. After Cagle was arrested and booked into Monterey County Jail, the one year-old Pitbull was taken to a local veterinary clinic to be treated for her injuries.
