OPERATORS AND CUSTOMERS GATHERED FOR A CELEBRATION OF ANDY’S BAIT AND TACKLE SHOP ON SUNDAY, MARKING THE LAST DAY OF BUSINESS AT THE WALK-UP SHOP AND RESTAURANT. The city OF SANTA CRUZ chose not to renew the lease to allow the owner of adjacent Dolphin Restaurant to build a new, larger restaurant and to allow room for needed repairs to wharf pilings and other areas.
