The first leg of the Amgen Tour of California was cancelled on Sunday, when organizers decided snowy and icy conditions around lake tahoe were dangerous. Details are yet to be released on whether or not the cancellation will affect the schedule for stage-5, which is set to be from seaside to paso robles on Thursday.
