c-h-p is reporting an amber alert is still on, following the abduction of a child from Prunedale this morning. just before noon, 2-children were taken by 21-year-old marquis Edwards, who is believed to be driving a 2000 white buick century. That white buick century has California license plates 4-r-k-d-8-2-3, again, 4-r-k-d-8-2-3. marquis Edwards is described as a black male, the 2 children taken are also described as African-american: a 7-month old girl and a 6-year-old boy. Anyone who spots that vehicle is asked to call 911 immediately.
