The subject of a San Jose amber alert has been taken into custody. An Amber Alert was issued after 24 year old Victor Magana assaulted then stabbed his girlfriend and then fled with their 2 year old daughter at about 10 p-m Sunday night. Magana was spotted at a gas station in Cambria, were good Samaritans blocked his car in until authorities were able to take him into custody. The 2 year is reportedly in good health.
