Some air rifles have been confiscated from a 13 year-old Salinas boy. That after he used social media to post that he was “about to shoot a school”. Salinas police officers traced the message to his phone, went to his home, and spoke with the boy.
This incident was not part of the S-H-S threat, which turned out to be a hoax perpetrated in Ohio.
