AN ADMINISTRATIVE LAW JUDGE HAS RULED THAT ONE OF THE LARGEST AGRICULTURAL PRODUCERS IN CALIFORNIA VIOLATED STATE LABOR LAWS. THAT’S BECAUSE SUPERVISORS OF 4 DIFFERENT LOCALLY-BASED D’ARRIGO BROTHERS CREWS REPORTEDLY ALLOWED WORK-TIME SOLICITING (AND SIGNATURE GATHERING), TO STOP THE U.F.W. FROM REPRESENTING D’ARRIGO WORKERS. ADMINSTRATIVE LAW JUDGE MARK SOBLE RULED THAT THE NOVEMBER 2010 DECERTIFICATION VOTE SHOULD BE ANNULLED.
