The Accessory Dwelling Unit Demonstration Project will be moved to another site. That’s because the Seaside city council approved the recommendations of their staff that the new site has easier accessibility for the public. Right now the demonstration project is located on the 1300 block of Canyon Del Rey Boulevard. It will be moved to the 900 block of Hilby Avenue. The project is designed to promote the construction of A.D.U.s, and to give people an idea of several different types of A.D.U.s
