The man accused of starting the Dolan Fire has been found competent to stand trial. 30 year-old Fresno resident Ivan Gomez is being charged with committing arson on forest land. Gomez was booked into Monterey County Jail on 2 million dollars bail, the day after the Dolan Fire began.
