An abandoned Seal pup is under care at the Marine Mammal Center. The premature pup was found in Point Lobos. After two days of monitoring to determine if it’s mother would return the officials with Seals Of Pacific Grove contacted the Marine Mammal Center. All officials stressed the importance of not approaching any seemingly injured (or abandoned) animal, instead they recommend contacting a local animal rescue organization.
