A Watsonville man has been arrested for multiple felony vandalism charges. The arrest followed an investigation, launched in January, into a rash of graffiti tagging incidents estimated to have caused damages in the millions of dollars. On Thursday officers arrested 18 year old Gilbert Barrios at his Buena Vista Drive residence. A search uncovered cases of spray paint, protective gear and several backpacks containing tagging kits.
