A test train run is set for the Central Coast today (Fri). The Santa Cruz & Monterey Bay Railway has announced that with the completion of recent railroad bridge work the rail line is now fully operational, that a test train consisting of a single locomotive and up to five Tanker cars will travel the length of the Santa Cruz Branch Line at an unspecified time. This is the final step before a daily service can begin.
