A Monterey cupcake business has been robbed at gunpoint. The incident took place at Kara’s Cupcakes in the Del Monte Shopping Center on Wednesday. At about 2:30 p.m. a man entered the shop with a black pistol and robbed the business of an undisclosed amount of cash. The robber is described as African American, thin, middle aged, and unshaven. Anyone with any information is encouraged to contact Monterey police.
