Dr. Joel Wallach begins the show today discussing his theory on why Americans have so many health challenges. Asserting that once people had electricity they stopped heating their homes and cooking with wood. Meaning there were no longer any wood ash to put in gardens. Contending the wood ash is mostly minerals and without minerals people get all kinds of health challenges.
