Dr. Joel Wallach begins the show discussing the COVID 19 numbers of infections and deaths. Asserting that people need to recruit their local Boy and Girl Scout troops to join Youngevity. Allowing them to build a college or car fund. Stating their has been a spike in the numbers in Florida. Because people have stopped using the safety protocals. They’ve stopped wearing masks, social distancing and using hand sanitizers.

Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss a news article regarding studies about the side effects of going onto a gluten free diet. One study claims that it can cause weight gain because the gluten free foods contain a lot of vegetable fats. Another study found that a gluten free diet can help regulate normal weight. Many also found that once their intestines healed they were able to tolerate products with lactose.
