The city of Santa Cruz has chosen the developers for the planned project that includes the new main branch library and affordable housing complex. Eden Housing and For The Future Housing would provide 107 housing units for “very low income” people in the new complex. Along with the housing, the F.T.F.’s proposal includes on-site services for disabled people and their families…..and a childcare facility. The city is in the process of selecting a master architect for the project.
