A North Carolina man, who is a wanted sex offender, was arrested in Santa Cruz. 48 year-old Troy Lamar Walker has used alternate names here including Jacquard Sauvignon. He was booked into Santa Cruz County Jail, and is expected to be extradited back to North Carolina.
