A man has pleaded guilty to 3 counts of forcibly raping children. Both of his victims reported the abuse took place in Monterey county when they were under the age of 13. 40 year-old Leonel Hurtado is scheduled to be sentenced to 25 years in prison. He will also be required to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.
