A man, who has been on Death Row in San Quentin for killing a mother and her 3 young children back, has died. 74 year-old Richard Allen Benson was convicted of the 1986 slaying in San Luis Obispo county. Benson was found unresponsive and alone in his cell. Foul play is not suspected.
