Although Scotts Valley Water District board members seemed to think a merger with the San Lorenzo Valley Water District was a good idea, board members for S.L.V.W.D. apparently didn’t. That means that the merger will not go forward. When asked if the merger might be revisited in the future, the water district manager for S.L.V.W.D. said he didn’t see that as likely…..at least in the near future.
