The ground has been broken on a mid-county housing and wellness site. The 3.7-acre project, in the Live Oak area of Santa Cruz, will include affordable housing units, a medical clinic, and a dental clinic. The clinics are now expected to open in 2022, while the construction of the housing units is schedule to begin in the spring of 2022.
