Although officers thanked those on Nextdoor for bringing the alleged reported incidents to their attention, they encourage people who would like to report a crime in progress to call the Santa Cruz police Non-Emergency line at 831-471-1131, in the case of emergencies people are encouraged to call 911 for emergencies.
