A man has been arrested in connection with a February non-fatal shooting in Watsonville . 31 year-old Edgar Patino is believed to have been the shooter in the incident that took place in a parking lot off OHLONE PARKWAY. PATINO, who was booked into Santa Cruz County Jail, faces special enhancements in this case.
