Monterey residents had the chance to bump into a couple of celebrities over the weekend. Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton were posted on Chris’ Fishing and Whale Watching’s Facebook page catching fish and crabs. The couple then stopped for lunch at Cafe Fina in Monterey
