Among the 119 CVS pharmacies in California that can now administer the Covid-19 vaccine, there are 3 new ones in Salinas and 1 in Soledad. Starting tomorrow, individuals eligible for vaccination must check on www.CVS.com for specific store availability, and to make appointments. Those who are currently eligible are 65 years-old or older, or they work in one of the following fields….health care and emergency services, education and childcare, or food and agriculture. Next Wednesday, eligibility to receive the Covid-19 vaccine will be extended to people (of all ages) with a medical condition, or disability, that puts them at high-risk for morbidity (or mortality)…..as defined by the California Department Of Health.
