Monologue
Dr. Joel Wallach begins the show today discussing the Covid 19 numbers of infections and deaths. Comparing similar populations in states and Asian countries. Contending the numbers of deaths and infections are much greater in the U.S. than in Asian countries. Asserting this is because the Asians are not eating gluten. The places where gluten is eaten the people damage their intestines compromising the body’s ability to absorb nutrients.

Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss a news article regarding a study of cancer. Reseaarchers gave a chili compound and a ginger compound to mice that were lung cancer prone. Finding the mice that got both compounds had a reduction in cancer cells. The ginger al helped lower cholesterol and decreased fasting blood sugar levels.
