A Seaside man has been sentenced to prison. The Monterey County District Attorney’s Office says in March 2020 when officers tried to stop a vehicle for a suspected hit and run crash 28 year old Jose Alberto Garcia led them on a chase through residential streets in Seaside. Garcia has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for evading police and possessing drugs for sale.
