A virtual town hall was held last night so that Pajaro Valley Unified School District officials could assure parents and seniors that the Covid-19 vaccine is safe. That was in an effort to encourage people who are 65 years-old and older to get the shot….and not just wait until all of their family can get vaccinated. The Santa Cruz County Office Of Education plans to hold a similar virtual town hall meeting this Thursday on behalf of all 10 school districts in the county.
Thursday’s meeting is slated to begin at 5 p.m.
