A 19 year-old man was arrested yesterday in connection with last month’s shooting that took place on Soquel Drive. Watsonville resident Daniel Anthony Tostado faces possible charges of attempted murder and gang involvement in the January 13th shooting of a 32 year-old man near Winkle Avenue. He was booked into Santa Cruz County Jail.
