SB-74, also known as the “Keep California Working Act” is being supported by more than half of the state legislators. If this bipartisan bill is signed into law, it would allow for the creation of a grant program seeded with 2.6 billion dollars. That money could then be granted to small businesses and non-profits, that have been negatively impacted by Covid-19.
