The renovations of the old Dick Bruhn building in Salinas are expected to take about 14 months….with 277 roof trusses slated to arrive at the site late next week. The structure was gutted by fire in 2016. The newly renovated building is expected to include 19 residential units, up to 5 retail units, and an atrium….once it’s completed.
