The cause of Yesterday morning’s hour long power outage in Santa Cruz has been determined to have been a seagull. The bird reportedly “made contact” with the lines just after 7 a.m., causing nearly 6 thousand P.G. & E. customers to lose power. P.G. & E. had the power restored by 8:19 a.m.
