There’s been an increase in the thefts of catalytic converters from vehicles in the tri-county area lately, and earlier today 3 Bakersfield people were arrested in Hollister after 1 of them removed at least 1 catalytic converter from a vehicle there. The 2 men and 1 woman were found with cutting tools visible in the vehicle they were in…..and 2 recently removed catalytic converters, as well as some methamphetamine.
