Changing weather conditions mean that fewer people are likely to be impacted by this morning’s Public Safety Power Shutoff. Monterey and Sierra counties have been dropped from the list, while 3 more counties (Butte, Kern, and Plumas) have been added into the list. Those changes mean that about 100 less customers are expected to be impacted. High winds are to peak in strength during the day today (Monday), and possibly linger in some regions through early tomorrow.
