On Sunday, Twin Lakes pastor Rene Schlaepfer announced to the congregation an update on the holiday food drive to Second Harvest Food Bank.
“This year.. for Twin Lakes Church… is $428,949.09 and that is the equivalent of 1,715,796 meals”.
Rene also said that the record-breaking contributions were “enthusiastic and heartfelt”, and that “in the midst of these troubled times, exceptional generosity and love are still possible”.
