A Salinas man, involved in throwing acid at a bicyclist in Monterey, will remain in a state mental facility. The attack took place 20 years ago in Monterey….and Sean Adams was found not guilty by reason of insanity and committed to a state hospital. He was recently up for review (as he is allowed to do every 2 years) and it was determined he would stay in the facility.
