The Regional Transportation Commission forges forward to secure more land for the Santa Cruz rail trail during a public hearing yesterday.
The commission voted to engage legal counsel to declare eminent domain to secure land in north county… should the land owners there refuse to sell property for the rail trail.
There are five separate properties involved in the land take over in segment five of the rail trail… which extends from Santa Cruz to Davenport.
