The Watsonville Trunk-or-Treat event was closed after only an hour on Friday. That’s because so many people turned out (to take part in the event at Ramsay Park) that the traffic backed up on Main Street all the way to Highway 1….completely snarling traffic and causing safety concerns. The agencies involved hope to put together a better plan for next year.
