A Salinas woman appeared in court virtually on Friday. Sarah Carrillo Valdez did not not enter a plea during the proceedings. Valdez is charged with with multiple charges including DUI and Manslaughter. 31 year Samuel Bravo and a 6 year old boy were killed when Valdez crashed on Highway 101 near the 5th Street overpass. An 8 year old boy survived the crash.
