Although the Monterey Bay Aquarium has had re-opening plans figured-out for a while now, they can’t move forward with them until either the county (as a whole) moves into a better tier from the current purple one….or the inland, and coastal portions of the county are split-up. The majority of cases of Covid-19 in Monterey county are currently inland…..mostly among farm-workers.
