A new Target store is now slated to move into the structure where the K-Mart used to be in Scotts Valley. Improvements for the Scotts Valley Square Shopping Center, where the Target store will be, are currently in the planning phase. Scotts Valley city leaders are hoping that the shopping center will be integrated with future Town Center.
