Dr. Joel Wallach begins the show today discussing the Covid 19 numbers. Comparing the numbers of infections and deaths in Thailand and Italy. Stating that Italy has way more infections and deaths than Thailand. Contending Italians eat more gluten damaging their intestines. Compromising their ability to absorb nutrients. Then damaging the bone marrow’s ability to create white blood cells. Hurting the immune system’s ability to fight off the corona virus.

Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss a news article regarding a study of vitamin D affect on the corona virus. Those with the highest blood levels of vitamin D lowered their risk of dying from Covid 19 by 52% compared to those who were decficient. Researchers are advocating people supplement with vitamin D to help boost their immune systems.
