King City will begin offering a new temporary relief program. Starting on October 15th the city will be providing financial assistance for rent, mortgage and utility costs. The program is primarily for households whose incomes have been impacted by COVID-19. Utilities covered include water, sewer, refuse, power, and cable/internet. The program will cover up to $1,500 monthly for 3 months or more. If your income was impacted by COVID-19 in the past and has since been restored, you may still be eligible. Those interested can call 2-1-1 after the 15th of October.
